Welcome to Your 10 Day Weight Loss Challenge! This is a monthly challenge that my SUPERTeam of Coaches put on via Facebook. It’s a fun way to join others, learn about getting healthy, and losing weight.

Before the Challenge begins, I give some tips on what to do first. If you are new to the Challenge..

Are you looking to lose 5 pounds in 10 days?!? Are you the following:

Ages 25-49
Want to lose 2-5 pounds in 10 days
Exercise Optional – (but encouraged)
