P90X vs P90X2 ReviewP90X vs P90X2, what’s the difference? If you are reading this now you likely have gone thru the P90X program or at least know what its about. Hey Dave, nice site with great info. I’m on my 3rd round of p90x and am only hoping I can get through the new workouts of p90x2. I hope it’s like when I first started working out and you’re sore the entire first month.

That’s awesome Mark! Have you tried any of the workouts from Volume 3, P90X One on One? Those are test workouts for the new P90X2 and they are great. Many of the moves use your whole body so you’re building strength everywhere at the same time.

P90X has really helped me shave off some pounds. The MC type training involved helps you melt fat in half the time or less than pretty much any other type.
